The PK-3 Teacher Education program is a cohort program preparing students to teach children in grades preschool through 3rd grade. Students in the program are exposed to the latest information about child development, curriculum and instruction, assessment and professionalism for professionals that work with children in early childhood (birth through age 8). Students interview to become a par of the program and the program is very field based. Since the students move through the program in cohorts they develop close collegial relationships that can be effective for personal and professional development. T
